Returns and Exchanges
We always offer a 14-day full return and exchange policy, valid from the day you receive your items.
If you wish to make use of your right to return, simply use our return portal.
A handling fee will automatically be deducted from the refund amount when returning items.
How do I return an item?
You can easily return items using our return portal.
All you need to do is enter your order details and select a reason for the return. You will then receive instructions on how to send the package back to us.

How do I exchange an item?
You can easily exchange items using our return portal.
All you need to do is enter your order details and select the item(s) you wish to exchange. You will then receive instructions on how to return the package to us.
We cover the exchange costs, so you can exchange your items at no additional charge.

Refunds
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We will refund the amount to the credit card used for the original purchase.
It may take 10–14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, but it can also be transferred as quickly as 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

I do my best to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response on weekdays. Customer emails are generally not answered during weekends or public holidays.
