Exchange, return and refund

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item, you must write a note and enclose the note in the return package. In the note, you must write your name, order number and the product you want to switch to or that you want money back. It is important that you write exactly which color, size and product you want to exchange it for. The exchange must take place no later than 14 days after you have received your package.

Return

Returns must be made no later than 14 days after you have received your package. The package must be sent by delivery via GLS and we recommend you always send the package with insurance and tracking number as you are responsible for the package until we receive it.

Sommerstudios will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used to purchase the goods.

It can take 10-14 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account, but it can also be transferred as quickly as 2-5 working days, depending on which bank you have.

You will receive an email as soon as we have started the refund process.
